Job summary

Mountaire Farms is seeking a recruitment leader to manage full-cycle hiring for hourly post-offer positions. You will source candidates, facilitate interviews, extend offers, and coordinate post-offer steps while ensuring compliance with Form I-9, E-Verify, and ADA regulations.

The role requires strong communication, meticulous I-9/audit skills, and collaboration with Employment Managers and hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Night shift may apply; a robust HR background is essential.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma is a minimum standard; however, an Associate degree or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 2 years' human resources experience or educational equivalent.
  • Oracle HCM experience preferred.
  • HireRight, E-Verify, Form I-9 and ADA training.
  • The ability to identify applicants who present documents that are either not related to them or fraudulent to ensure all work authorization and age requirements are met.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.
  • Logical reasoning.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the entire interview, hiring and post-offer process ensuring all paperwork and requirements have been followed and completed.
  • Ensures that only qualified applicants who meet work authorization and age requirements continue in the hiring process, auditing I-9/compliance activities.
  • Builds interpersonal relationships with employees, supervisors and managers to increase applicant flow and company referrals.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinates the entire interview, hiring and post-offer process ensuring all paperwork and requirements have been followed and completed. Ensures all employment compliance processes are followed for accuracy and timeliness delivering a high quality work product. Must be able to address problems as they arise and understand when to elevate to higher management.
  • Must be fully aware and understands all applicable employment compliance regulations to ensure that only qualified applicants that meet all work authorization and age requirements are selected to continue in the hiring process. Ensures that all applicants that do not meet all requirements of the position, specifically employment authorization and legal age requirements, will not be allowed to continue in the hiring process. This includes the ability to identify documents that are either fraudulent or do not relate to the applicant. Ensures all I-9 and compliance activities are completed accurately and timely and audits this process.
