MFUSED is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer across hourly to director levels. You will build our playbook, run searches, and sit on a small HR team that supports fast growth.

You will lead candidate engagement, coach interviews with leaders, and represent MFUSED at career fairs and events. This onsite Scottsdale role emphasizes compliant, high-volume recruiting with a strong employer presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across hourly, professional, and management roles.
• Presence one-on-one and in front of a crowd; you're comfortable with cannabis and proud to discuss it.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting from intake to signed offer, across hourly through director level.
• Advise leaders with market data and coach structured interviews.
• Represent MFUSED at career fairs, schools, trade shows, and on LinkedIn; write postings that attract attention.
• Lead onboarding and first-year integration; develop training content with HR Generalist.
• Own recruiting metrics and ensure fair, compliant hiring processes.
