Job summary

ITAC Solutions is seeking a Sole Payroll Specialist to own the full-cycle payroll for a fast-growing, multi-state operation. You will process weekly payroll for thousands of employees and act as the go-to contact for payroll questions.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with leadership, coordinate with the tax vendor on filings, and support reconciliation and reporting with the accounting team. Independence and accuracy are essential to keep pay on time.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience.
• High-volume employee payroll experience (250-500+)
• Proficient in Excel; Great Plains ERP is a plus
• Comfortable owning payroll independently as the sole processor
• Reconciliation experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Processing weekly, multi-state payroll for 4,000+ employees
• Managing the full in-house payroll cycle from start to finish
• Coordinating with the tax vendor on payroll tax filings
• Serving as the sole point of contact for payroll processing
• Supporting reconciliation efforts alongside the accounting team
• Partnering with the Controller on payroll-related reporting
