Job summary

Robinson Pipe Cleaning is seeking a highly detailed Payroll / Benefit Administrator to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. You will manage in-house payroll using on-site systems (Navision, Foundation, Sage) and administer benefits to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on payroll experience, knowledge of wage regulations, and a PA Notary credential or willingness to obtain it. This role requires discretion with sensitive data and timely tax filings.

Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll processing experience with in-house systems.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Experience with benefits administration and compliance reporting.
• Attention to detail and data confidentiality.
• Notary certification in PA or willingness to become one.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly, full-cycle payroll for all employees.
• Maintain personnel records, benefit elections, and deductions with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and timely tax filings.
• Process payroll deductions including taxes and garnishments.
• Handle payroll discrepancies promptly and confidentially.
• File Forms 941, 940, W-2, 1095; maintain wage reports.
