Qualifications

• Industry: 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Technical: Experience with ATS platforms (e.g. Taleo, Avature, JobApp).

Responsibilities

• Put People to Work by identifying and matching candidates to manufacturing roles.
• Build relationships with candidates and clients to create a strong pipeline.
• Meet targets and deliver high-quality customer service throughout the recruitment process.
