Hexcel is seeking a temporary Recruiter for its Pottsville, PA location. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in recruiting, familiarity with Workday/ATS, and strong organizational skills.

Candidates must meet educational requirements and be able to work on-site at Hexcel facilities while adhering to employment laws and company policies.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree required; bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years recruiting, staffing or HR experience.
• Experience with candidate phone screenings and managing multiple requisitions.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS; Workday experience preferred.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Strong organization, communication and confidentiality skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Regular attendance on company premises required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing roles.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to identify qualified talent.
• Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers.
• Support recruitment events, job fairs and Talent Acquisition initiatives.
• Maintain candidate records in Workday and related systems.
• Communicate status updates and hiring requirements to candidates.
• Coordinate pre-employment processes including background checks.
• Prepare offers, facilitate onboarding and conduct new hire orientation.
