Job summary

You will manage a high-touch interview process, ensure compliant practices, and build diverse pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards to support multiple regions and teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong relationship-building and communication across geographies.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and job boards.
• Proficient with ATS/CRM and behavioral interviewing.
• Temp-Contract engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for openings across multiple regions.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs and timelines.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain documentation in the ATS.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws.
