You will manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding from offer to orientation, while maintaining confidential records and partnering with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment.
• Capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with HRIS/ADP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and hiring.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
• Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain recruitment records and reports.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure a positive new-hire experience.
• Prepare employment documentation and ensure policy compliance.
• Support HR programs and employee relations as needed.
