The role focuses on partnering with clients to understand strategic hiring needs, developing targeted sourcing strategies, and presenting top-tier candidates with detailed profiles.

You will advance client relationships, manage offers, and support onboarding to ensure successful placements. With 52 years in the field, Professions, Inc.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with clients to understand hiring goals.
• Ability to develop targeted research and recruiting strategies.
• Ability to research client companies, competitors, and industry markets.
• Define role criteria and develop position specifications.
• Identify and track prospective candidates using multiple sourcing channels.
• Conduct confidential candidate interviews and reference/background checks.

Responsibilities

• Interview and evaluate candidates for qualifications, cultural fit, and compatibility.
• Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed profile summaries.
• Guide clients and candidates through offers and negotiations.
• Assist with candidate transitions and onboarding after placement.
• Build long-term client relationships and expand professional network.

• Continuously research and generate new recruiting leads.
