Job summary

Relativity Space in Long Beach is seeking a full-cycle Technical Recruiter to support hardware engineering. You will build partnerships with hiring managers, develop targeted sourcing strategies, source and engage exceptional talent, and guide candidates through the full hiring process from outreach to offer.

This onsite role requires 3+ years of technical recruiting in hardware/manufacturing, ability to close offers creatively, and a focus on process improvement to strengthen our recruiting

From building scalable interview frameworks to creating a candidate experience that reflects our values, the team lays the foundation for long‑term success.

About the Role

We are seeking a full‑cycle Technical Recruiter to support Hardware Engineering. In this role, you will build strong, collaborative partnerships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, team dynamics, and business priorities. You will develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies, source and engage exceptional talent, and guide candidates through the full hiring process from initial outreach through offer acceptance. You will become a subject‑matter expert in hardware technical recruiting, partner closely with senior leaders to define and identify top talent, and develop creative strategies to engage passive candidates. You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and interview teams within Manufacturing Engineering, strengthen the recruiting funnel, build equitable interview processes, evaluate and introduce new tools, and stay informed on industry technology trends and competitive market data. You will advocate for an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This is a fully onsite role based in our Long Beach headquarters; you are expected to work onsite five days per week to support interviews, team meetings, and hiring manager discussions.

About You

3+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience within fast‑scaling, high‑growth organizations. Proven track record of sourcing passive talent and successfully filling early‑to‑mid‑career roles. Demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies. Experience negotiating offers and using creative closing strategies to secure top talent. Experience improving recruiting processes to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness.

• Experience recruiting for rapidly scaling hardware and manufacturing organizations.
• Experience managing both high‑volume, non‑exempt hiring and specialized exempt searches simultaneously.
• Ability to pivot quickly between departments, priorities, and hiring needs.

Hiring Range: $103,000—$155,000 USD
