Job summary

Relativity Space, Inc. is seeking a full-cycle Technical Recruiter to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and lead sourcing, engagement, and closing of candidates for hardware roles at our Cape Canaveral site.

This onsite role requires collaboration across teams to design effective recruiting strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in fast-growth environments.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and filling early- to mid-career roles.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers to design targeted sourcing strategies.
• Experience negotiating offers and closing top talent.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert in hardware technical recruiting and collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to identify top talent.
• Develop creative strategies to engage passive candidates using market insights to close candidates.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and interview teams.
• Develop and implement ideas to strengthen the recruiting funnel and stay informed on trends and tools.
• Advocate for an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Onsite requirement: fully onsite role at Cape Canaveral; work onsite five days per week for interviews and meetings.
