Job summary

RELI Group is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join the Human Capital Management team. This role supports the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering an excellent candidate experience and maintaining accurate recruitment records.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment activities and intake with hiring managers.
• Knowledge of employment laws and fair hiring practices.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, offers, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Create and update job descriptions and recruitment materials to reflect requirements.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networks, referrals, and events.
• Maintain SOPs to improve efficiency, track metrics, and ensure compliance.
