RELI Group, Inc. is seeking a proactive Recruiter to handle full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs and implement effective sourcing strategies.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well, and delivers an excellent candidate experience. The role involves creating job descriptions, building candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring SOPs and compliance across recruiting activities.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of recruiting or related HR experience.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment activities.
• Proficiency with ATS, job boards, and networking platforms.

Mansioni

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Create and update job descriptions and recruitment materials.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networks, and events.
• Build pipelines for current and future openings.
• Support interviews and candidate evaluation processes.
• Develop and maintain recruiting SOPs for consistency and compliance.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and track metrics.
• Provide guidance to recruiting interns on sourcing activities.
• Participate in career fairs and recruiting initiatives.
