Job summary

Peraton is seeking a motivated Recruiting, Senior Associate to support our FedCiv sector. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, proactively source candidates, and build pipelines for technical and program management roles.

You will develop trusted relationships with hiring managers, deliver timely updates, and maintain compliance with recruiting procedures in a fast-paced environment. Local DC metro area candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 6+ years recruiting experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and recruiting professional and technical candidates.
• Experience using job boards, employee referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Experience building strong relationships with hiring managers and delivering customer service.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be local to the DC metro area.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, submissions, and offer coordination.
• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates using job boards, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for technical, professional, and program management roles.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers and program leaders, providing updates and recruiting recommendations.
• Support recruiting for funded programs, new business opportunities, and proposal-related positions.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-through.
• Manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities with urgency and accountability.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records in iCIMS and ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and stakeholders to meet hiring objectives.
