Job summary

RELI Group in Windsor Mill, MD is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support the full recruitment lifecycle within the Human Capital Management team. You will partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities include managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and building pipelines for current and future roles.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR function.
• Experience supporting or managing full-cycle recruitment activities.
• Strong sourcing, candidate screening, and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, fair hiring practices, and recruitment best practices.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Create, review, and update job descriptions and recruitment materials to accurately reflect position requirements.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, candidate databases, referrals, and recruitment events.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Support hiring managers with interviewing, candidate evaluation, and selection processes.
• Assist with developing and maintaining recruiting SOPs to improve consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, interview feedback, and recruitment activities within the ATS.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide updates on candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and recruitment activities.
• Provide guidance and support to recruiting interns on sourcing and candidate engagement activities.
• Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruiting initiatives to promote employer branding.
• Stay informed of recruitment trends, technologies, and talent acquisition best practices.
