Job summary

You will coordinate ATS activity, participate in local job fairs, and build a multi-state candidate pipeline for clerical to managerial roles. English is essential (Spanish a plus); you should be organized, discreet, and capable of handling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of recruiting experience with multi-state knowledge
• CPG/manufacturing recruiting experience helpful
• Excellent communication skills; English/Spanish a plus
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS/ATS

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from posting to offer
• Coordinate local and multi-state job fairs and partnerships
• Maintain ATS records and ensure policy compliance
• Build candidate pipelines across clerical to managerial roles
• Act as a positive ambassador for the company to candidates and employees
