CBIZ is seeking a Commercial Lines Producer to drive net-new revenue and expand market presence. You will own the full sales cycle, prospecting to close, and build a robust pipeline with COIs and referrals.

A proactive hunter mindset and ability to influence decision-makers on risk and insurance solutions are essential. The role requires B2B commercial sales experience, proficiency with Salesforce, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred; active Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain.
• Proven success in B2B commercial sales, ideally within insurance brokerage or related professional services.
• Experience using Salesforce; Sagitta or similar P&C agency management systems (preferred).

• Drive new business revenue with full-cycle sales from prospecting to close.
