Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a skilled bookkeeper to manage full-cycle, multi-entity accounting for the organization. You will maintain ledgers, process AP/AR, prepare financial statements, and support intercompany reconciliations across several entities within the group.

The role emphasizes accurate data, timely month-end closes, and collaboration with internal teams to aid audits and tax preparation. Prior multi-entity experience is required or strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Oil & gas industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience with multi-entity bookkeeping required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting activities for multiple entities.
• Maintain general ledgers, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, cash applications, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements and internal accounting reports across entities.
• Monitor intercompany transactions and ensure accurate reconciliations between entities.
• Assist with accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and other balance sheet accounts.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Maintain organized accounting records and support audit and tax preparation.
