Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience.
• Experience with accounts payable and account reconciliation.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
• Ability to meet recurring deadlines and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Administer RAMP processes and support system maintenance.
• Maintain organized accounting records and SOPs.
• Assist with audits and provide documentation for audits.
• Train team members on accounting processes and workflows.
• Review transactions for proper coding and internal controls.
• Support project billing, AR, AP, and job-cost records.
• Process daily bank activity and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly budget reports and distribution.
