Job summary

GO Media in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Accounting Assistant to own day-to-day bookkeeping across our portfolio of companies. This on-site role reports to the Director of Finance and involves high-volume, multi-entity accounting work with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

The position requires 3–5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience, proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel, and the ability to manage multiple entities. Competitive salary plus health insurance and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping or staff-accounting experience
• Experience in multi-entity environments preferred
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred; equivalent experience considered

Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable, including coding, entry, and payment runs
• Handle accounts receivable and client invoicing across multiple entities
• Perform bank reconciliations with accuracy and consistency
• Conduct collections follow-up with clients and vendors
• Support month-end close activities
• Maintain organized, accurate financial records across all entities
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and special projects as needed
