Job summary

SRQ Condo Accounting, Inc. in Sarasota, FL, is hiring a full-cycle Bookkeeper to manage HOA and condo client accounting.

You will handle AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and GAAP-based reporting in QuickBooks while serving as the primary contact for clients and vendors. Applicants should have at least two years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and Online, ADP payroll, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience, HOA/condo experience a plus.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Online with payroll processing in ADP.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; familiarity with PDF tools.
• Clear, professional communication with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Code vendor invoices, run payments, and reconcile vendor balances.
• Post assessments, invoices, and owner payments; track delinquencies.
• Process payroll through ADP, including journal entries and related taxes.
• Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Produce trial balances, financial statements, and GAAP-compliant reports for condo/HOA clients.
• Communicate directly with clients, vendors, and management to resolve items.
