AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a direct-hire role with a growing manufacturing company in North San Diego. The ideal candidate will own the full AR cycle, support order processing, invoicing, collections, and maintain accurate financial records.

You will collaborate with administration, sales, service, and operations, ensuring timely payments and customer communications while upholding high standards of accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounts receivable or similar accounting experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or another ERP system.
• Experience processing purchase orders, shipping paperwork, bank deposits, and tax reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle AR including invoicing, payments, collections support, and reconciliations.
• Process customer orders from estimate to shipping.
• Prepare and send invoices, post receipts, bank deposits, and maintain AR records.
• Reconcile AR ledgers and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers about payment status and balances.
• Support administrative tasks and cross-functional coordination.
