AppleOne Employment Services seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist for a temporary assignment in El Cajon, CA. You will support the accounting team with collections, cash posting, and customer account maintenance, collaborating with customers, dealers, and sales partners to ensure healthy cash flow.

Qualifications include 3–5 years in AR/collections, strong Excel skills, and the ability to learn new software.

Formación

• 3–5 years of accounts receivable, collections, or accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a plus but not required, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel; ability to learn new software.

Responsabilidades

• Contact customers and dealers by phone, email, or other; collect past due balances.
• Post cash receipts for various payment methods.
• Maintain domestic and international customer accounts; reconciliations and aging review.
• Support credit reviews with financial info and ratio analysis.
• Provide invoices, statements, and payment support to customers and internal teams.
• Perform administrative support for finance-related functions.
