Genesis Global Group, LLC is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, be organized, and be able to reconcile accounts, prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets.

Responsibilities include processing AR/AP for all departments, inputting invoices, posting daily transactions, reconciling statements and owner distributions, and supporting financial statements with variance analysis.

Qualificações

• Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
• Knowledge of Sage 100 & 1099s Filing is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with multi-tasking skills.
• Strong team player
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process accounts receivable and payable for all departments
• Input invoices and process payments
• Record day to day financial transaction and complete posting process
• Reconcile monthly expense reports
• Reconcile bank statements for all departments and companies
• Monthly Owner distribution reconciliation
• Maintain various Excel files
• Assist with preparing financial statements and report on variances
• Other projects as assigned
