Genesis Global Group in Pennsylvania is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting across multiple entities. You will input invoices, reconcile accounts, and maintain Excel spreadsheets while supporting the preparation of financial statements.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
• Experience with Sage 100 and 1099 filing is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable and payable for all departments
• Input invoices and process payments
• Record day to day financial transactions and posting process
• Reconcile monthly expense reports
• Reconcile bank statements for all departments and companies
• Monthly Owner distribution reconciliation
• Maintain various Excel files
• Assist with preparing financial statements and report on variances
• Other projects as assigned
