Primary duties include processing A/R and A/P for all departments, invoicing, posting, reconciliations of monthly expenses and bank statements, owner distributions, and assisting with financial

• Strong accounting background and experience.
• Organized with ability to multi-task and reconcile accounts.
• Experience preparing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable and payable for all departments.
• Input invoices and process payments.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and posting.
• Reconcile monthly expense reports.
• Reconcile bank statements for all departments and companies.
• Monthly owner distribution reconciliation.
• Maintain various Excel files.
• Assist with preparing financial statements and report variances.
• Other projects as assigned.
