Job summary

Ledgent-Finance- is seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper/Accounting Manager in San Diego, CA. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping, with strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.

You will input incoming AR payments in TimeSolv and QuickBooks, perform bank deposits, and maintain accurate ledgers. The ideal candidate is confident, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented to support closing cycles and month-end processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 5+ years' experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper or Accounting Manager.
• Familiarity with GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience inputting AR payments using TimeSolv and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Input incoming payments for Accounts Receivable in TimeSolv and QuickBooks.
• Run bank deposits and reconciliation tasks.
• Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure GAAP compliance.
