Job summary

The Complete Tile Collection is seeking a high-caliber Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our rapidly growing team of professionals in New Jersey. This role focuses on general bookkeeping, AP/AR, sales profitability auditing, credits/returns, vendor relations, deposits, batch processing, and light office management under the guidance of the CEO.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience, strong QuickBooks Desktop skills (Enterprise preferred), excellent problem-solving

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of Full Charge Bookkeeping (required).
• Strong QuickBooks Desktop proficiency (preferably Enterprise version).
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and efficiently solve problems and draw conclusions.
• Fast typing and data entry (Min 60+ WPM).
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and professional integrity.
