Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience.
• Strong understanding of job costing and invoicing.
• Excellent independent working and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including A/P and A/R.
• Create and send estimates and invoices to clients.
• Track payments and follow up on receivables.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile bank and vendor accounts.

Skills

Full-charge bookkeeping experience

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero

Creating and sending client estimates and invoices

Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards

Attention to detail

Time management

Communication and client service skills

Education

Accounting degree (preferred)
