IKEA Merriam store is hiring a part-time warehouse associate to support order fulfillment across sales channels. You will receive inbound goods, restock shelves, pick customer orders, and operate scanners and lifting equipment in a fast-paced retail environment.

Hours are 12–19 per week with night and weekend shifts. The role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow in a collaborative team focused on delivering a great customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of experience in high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Physical Demands: Lifting, Pushing/Pulling, Sliding/Transferring and Carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Certification in at least one power mobile equipment preferred.

What you'll be doing day to day

Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.

• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems.
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.

JOB TYPE: Permanent – Part-Time (limited benefits). HOURS: 12–19 hrs/week (PT) — limited openings for each. SHIFT: Retail Environment; must be able to work nights & weekends.

Department Hours of Operation: 5am-1pm The pay range for this role is $19.96 to $25.45
