IKEA Las Vegas is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and friendly customer service on the sales floor. You'll receive inbound goods, move stock to storage and floor, replenish shelves, operate scanners, and help maintain a safe, inclusive work environment that reflects IKEA values.

This position offers full-time and part-time schedules, requires open availability 6AM–10PM, and includes a comprehensive benefits package after eligibility.

• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Selecting goods for customers, within the agreed time frame, to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems.
• Contributing to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

What you'll be doing day to day

JOB TYPE: Permanent – Full Time and Part-Time roles available

HOURS: Full Time: 34-40 hrs/week. Part Time: 12–19 hrs/week (limited benefits)

Shift: Retail Environment

Must have open availability between 6AM - 10PM Monday - Sunday.

The hourly pay range for this position is $19.96 - $28.20.
