Job summary

IKEA is hiring for a warehouse role in our store operations. This position focuses on fulfilling customer orders across channels, maintaining inventory accuracy, and replenishing stock to ensure excellent availability and customer experience.

You will operate scanners, move products, and certify powered equipment. Shifts run 9 AM–9 PM, totaling 34–40 hours per week, with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible co-workers.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in high volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Physical Demands: Lifting, Pushing/Pulling, Sliding/Transferring and Carrying Occasionally (up to 50lbs)
• Certification in at least one power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the fulfilment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.
• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

The hourly pay range for this role is $19.96-$28.20
