Job summary

IKEA USA is seeking a warehouse associate to support inbound receiving, product movement, and replenishment across storage and selling areas. You will pick and prepare customer orders, handle goods, and operate inventory systems to ensure accurate stock and a great customer experience.

The role requires forklift/power equipment certification preferred, lifting up to 50 lbs, and prior high-volume warehouse experience. This is a permanent, full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
  • Physical demands: lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Certification in at least one power mobile equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at receiving.
  • Move product to final selling location (storage or floor).
  • Perform sales space replenishment per merchandising guidance.
  • Pick and prepare customer orders within timeframe for guest experience.
  • Handle goods: unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in/out, picking, loading.
  • Operate scanner and inventory management tools including IT systems.
  • Certify powered mobile equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).

What you'll be doing day to day
  • Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
