Job summary

IKEA Gruppe in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a part-time warehouse associate to contribute to customer order fulfillment across sales channels by ensuring product availability and efficient replenishment.

You will receive inbound goods, move products to storage or floor, perform replenishment, pick customer orders, operate scanners, and support safety and equipment certification. The role offers flexible hours (12-20 per week) with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for wage access.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in high volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Physical Demands: Lifting, pushing/pulling, sliding/transferring and carrying up to 50lbs.
• Certification in at least one power mobile equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound goods and ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Moving product to final selling location (storage or floor).
• Replenishment and stock management according to guidance.
• Picking and preparing customer orders within the required timeframe.
• Operating scanners and inventory management IT systems.
• Certifying powered mobile equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

What you'll be doing day to day

Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.

• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

JOB TYPE: Permanent, Part-time

The pay range for this role is $ 19.96 - 28.20/hr.
