Job summary

IKEA is seeking a Part-time, hourly Warehouse Associate in East Palo Alto, CA to support order fulfillment, receive goods, stock shelves and assist customers. Expect flexible evenings/weekends with a fully open schedule and a pay range of $24.72–$33.19 per hour.

You'll work with scanners and inventory systems, ensure product availability, and help maintain safe, accurate warehouse operations while delivering a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in high volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Certification in at least one power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.
• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

What you'll be doing day to day

SHIFTS: Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Work schedules are published one month in advance.

The hourly pay range for this role is $24.72/hr - $33.19/hr.
