Job summary

IKEA is hiring for a warehouse role in Massachusetts. The position supports fulfilling customer orders across sales channels, ensuring product availability and efficient replenishment. Shifts run 5 AM–9 PM, 34–40 hours weekly, with benefits and a full-time pathway.

The role includes receiving goods, stocking, picking, and operating inventory systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Physical Demands: Lifting up to 50lbs.
• Certification in at least one power mobile equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy.
• Move product to final selling location in storage or on the floor.
• Perform replenishment with guidance from visual merchandising.
• Pick and prepare customer orders within the agreed timeframe.

What you'll be doing day to day

Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.

• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

The hourly pay range for this role is $23.23-$32.82
