Job summary

Inter IKEA Systems B.V. is seeking a Fulfilment Operations Associate in Massachusetts to support customer order fulfillment across multiple sales channels, ensuring product availability and accurate replenishment.

You will maintain inventory accuracy at receiving and move products to appropriate locations while adhering to merchandising guidance. The role involves order picking, packing, scanning, and operating inventory systems, with certification in power mobile equipment preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Certification in at least one power mobile equipment (forklift, pallet jack) preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at receiving.
• Move product to final selling location in storage or on the floor.
• Perform sales space replenishment following visual merchandising guidance.
• Pick and prepare customer orders within the agreed timeframe.
• Handle goods: unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in/out, picking, loading.
• Operate scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems.
• Certify powered equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks

What you'll be doing day to day

Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.

• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

The hourly pay range for this role is $23.23-$32.82
