ShipMonk is seeking an Operations Supervisor at our Fort Worth fulfillment center for an early-career path. You will lead a team of 25–30 associates, run daily priorities, use data to drive improvements, and partner with multiple functions to ensure safe, efficient operations.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership on the fulfillment floor, with growth opportunities as the company promotes from within. Prior degree or exposure is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Interest in building a career in operations, supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, or people leadership.
• Exposure to a professional or operational environment through internship, co-op, part-time job, project, or other relevant experience.
• Leadership potential shown through work, campus orgs, athletics, volunteering, or teams.
• Comfort with data and metrics to understand performance and solve problems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to spend the majority of the shift on the fulfillment floor with your team.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates.
• Run shift huddles and set clear daily priorities for your team.
• Monitor productivity, throughput, quality, accuracy, attendance, and safety.
• Learn how to allocate labor based on volume and priorities.
• Use data to understand performance and identify root causes.
• Coach associates and provide clear, timely feedback.
• Partner with Operations leaders and HR, Safety, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Help onboard and train new associates.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate waste and improve processes.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work area.
• Progressively take greater ownership by learning the operation from the floor up.
