Job summary

Dallas ISD is seeking a Support Technician II for the Fulfillment Center. The role focuses on high-level technical support, repairs, and guidance to staff and vendors to resolve complex issues.

You will monitor operations, assist with device deployments, and ensure proper asset management including laptops, Chromebooks, and tablets. Strong customer service and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have one of the following certifications: CompTIA A+, Google Workspace Administrator, or Apple Certified Support Professional.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
• At least 2+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Knowledgeable in Google Sheets and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide higher level technical support and troubleshooting for technology repairs.
• Serve as escalation point for Fulfillment Center operations staff to resolve technical problems.
• Monitor Fulfillment Center operations and support technicians and vendor staff.
• Assist with district device deployment projects and asset management.
• Ensure accurate staging, tracking and deployment of laptops, Chromebooks, iPads and related equipment.
• Support inspection, repair coordination and redeployment processes.
• Assist with inventory counts, audits and reconciliation.
• Ensure requests are completed and tickets resolved.
• Other duties as assigned
