Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking team members for order fulfillment roles at our store locations. You will pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and timeliness, while delivering service excellence by guiding customers to the right items and associates.

You will operate certified powered equipment and support inventory accuracy daily. Job requires at least six months of computer use and retail tech experience, plus forklift/related equipment certification if not already

Qualifications

Six months of computer use experience (inputting, accessing, modifying data).
Six months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
Powered Equipment Certification required or must be obtained (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck).

Responsibilities

Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
Deliver excellent service by guiding customers to right items and associates.
Operate and maintain powered equipment safely with current certification.
Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS.
Complete audits, follow-ups, and locker management; report safety or theft concerns.
Maintain a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
May be assigned other duties to support the business needs.
