Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking team members for order fulfillment and customer service duties at our store locations.

The role focuses on accurately picking, staging, and fulfilling customer orders, while delivering high-quality service and ensuring safety and organization on the sales floor. The position requires basic computer and retail tech experience, as well as forklift or related equipment certification if not already held.

Qualifications

• 6 Months of Experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology (smartphones and tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by helping customers and connecting with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks and report safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the needs of the business.
