Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring for a customer-focused associate in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves picking, staging, and fulfilling customer orders, while ensuring accuracy and safety in a well-organized, clean workspace.

You will assist customers, validate orders, and connect them with the right associates when needed. Responsibilities include operating certified powered equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting leadership to resolve short picks.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying information)
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required)

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items and answering questions
• Operate and maintain powered equipment certification and safety procedures
• Support inventory accuracy and resolve short picks with leadership
• Complete administrative and maintenance tasks and report safety or theft concerns promptly
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork
