Job summary

You will validate orders, answer questions, and connect customers with the right associates. You will operate powered equipment with certification, support inventory accuracy, complete administrative tasks, and maintain a customer-first mindset through strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience with inputting, accessing, or modifying information.
• 6 months of experience using retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered equipment certification required or obtained if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by validating orders and answering questions.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and assist leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative tasks, audits, and locker management; report safety or theft concerns.
