Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying, outputting).
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Forklift/Order Picker/Narrow Aisle Reach Truck certification required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items and answering questions.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete audits, order follow-ups, and locker management with reporting.
• Work with teammates to achieve daily goals with a customer-first mindset.
• May take on additional duties to support the business.
