Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Middletown, OH is seeking a dependable Fulfillment Associate to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and speed.

You will maintain clean, safe staging areas, validate items, and assist customers by directing them to the right associates for questions or help. The role requires basic computer use, familiarity with retail devices, and active powered equipment certifications.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience.
• 6 months using common retail tech (phones/tablets).
• Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill orders accurately and on time; keep staging areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow all safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App, maintaining SIMS compliance, and partnering with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, while reporting safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Achieve daily job responsibilities with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the needs of the business.
