Job summary

Hiverecruiter is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist for a fast-growing insuretech digital agency. This remote sales opportunity focuses on helping customers secure the right insurance coverage by connecting with warm leads via phone, email, and text.

You will educate clients on coverage options, identify cross-selling opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline using CRM and quoting tools while maintaining compliance and delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in your state of residence.
• 3+ years of auto insurance sales experience; high-volume call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using CRM, quoting, and rating platforms.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Experience with insurtech platforms, comparative raters, or bilingual Spanish skills is a plus.
