Job summary

WSI (Warehouse Specialists, LLC) seeks a Warehouse Solutions Coordinator to act as the first line of defense for problem solving in our Columbus fulfillment center. You will communicate with customers and internal teams, provide timely project updates, and monitor inventory health while collaborating with operations, IT, and customer service.

Strong written and verbal communication is required, along with experience in fulfillment operations and a warehouse management system.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control, pick/pack, and inbound processes.
• Ability to respond promptly via email, phone, and Slack.
• Clear written and verbal communication of problems and resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and internal teams about exceptions and projects.
• Serve as first responder to share information within one hour of business day.
• Provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
