Job summary

WSI Standard seeks a Warehouse Solutions Coordinator at its Columbus fulfillment center. The role focuses on problem solving, coordinating with internal teams, and updating customers on project status.

You will monitor inventory health, counts, and exceptions while maintaining a collaborative, safe work environment. The role requires strong inventory knowledge, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of inventory control, pick/pack, and inbound processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across channels (email, phone, Slack).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers and internal teams regarding exceptions and special projects.
• First Responder at the site level to communicate within one hour during the business day.
• Provides timely information to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Addresses exceptions and provides updates on special projects.
• Builds trust and partnership with customers and internal teams.
• Identifies and solves problems with improvements to processes.
• Tracks exceptions to identify trends.
• Monitors inventory health and conducts counts as required.
• Maintains a safe, positive, inclusive work environment.
