Job summary

W&O is seeking a Customer Service & Fulfillment Specialist to manage customer relationships throughout order management and fulfillment. You will proactively communicate order status and expectations and resolve technical and logistical issues with customers.

The role involves reviewing incoming purchase orders and customer emails to route inquiries to the proper departments or take ownership to resolve issues. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administrative role addressing business processes and customer needs within customer service and order fulfillment processes.
• D365 experience preferred but not required.
• College degree preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and understand purchase order directions and communicate to customer and internal departments as needed.
• Serve as key point of contact in managing the customer relationship throughout the order management and fulfillment process
• Navigate shared email box and customer portals to find RFQ’s and enter new RFQ’s in D365.
• Navigate shared mail and portals to find and download purchase orders.
• Distribute and respond to customer communications in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
• Acknowledge receipt of purchase orders in customer portals as necessary.
• Assist with changes/updates to sales orders and purchase orders when necessary.
• Engage necessary resources to resolve order fulfillment issues.
• Assist with following order fulfillment process for product availability and production determination.
• Demonstrate superior customer service through written and verbal communication.
• Interact with various department representatives and customers professionally.
• Proactively communicate status and order expectations to customers.
• Resolve customer logistical issues reactively.
• Respond promptly to order needs, inquiries, and issues.
• Assist sales and service departments with questions.
