Amazon.com is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly staff across fulfillment operations. You will engage your team during shifts to maintain safety, quality, attendance, and performance, while driving improvements in productivity and efficiency through data‑driven decisions.

The role requires 3+ years of people and performance management, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor salaried and hourly workforce.
• Drive productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and on‑time delivery.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR.
• While performing duties, candidates should be able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long periods.
